3. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising Technologies

3.1 Analytics Tools

We use the following analytics and tracking tools to collect and analyze data about how users interact with our Services:

. Firebase (Google) – crash reporting, app performance monitoring, and event tracking

We use Google's Invisible reCAPTCHA service to protect against spam and abuse. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends this data to Google for analysis.

4. Email and SMS Communications

4.1 Email Communications

. Gmail and other standard email services for customer support and transactional communication

By providing your email address, you may receive transactional emails necessary for your account and use of the Services. You may opt in to receive marketing emails. 4.2 SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from PrayGate. These messages may include:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at contact@praygateapp.com. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

5. Payments and Subscription Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card information. Payments may be processed through:

Subscription management, trial tracking, receipt validation, and renewal are handled through RevenueCat. Each payment processor maintains its own privacy policy governing the handling of your financial data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the payment processors you use.

6. Advertising and Remarketing

We use remarketing services to serve targeted advertisements to users who have previously interacted with our Services. We may use the following platforms for advertising and remarketing:

We may receive aggregated insights and analytics from these platforms about how users engage with our pages. PrayGate is not directed exclusively to children and is available to users of all ages. However, we recognize that our Services may be accessed by children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable law, we adhere to the following practices:

12.1 California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. In compliance with CalOPPA:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights under CCPA/CPRA.
